Trump’s Third Act has begun. It’s a beauty.

Next week, Trump could make over $4 billion when his media company goes public, removing all doubt about his billionaire status.

And you can stop asking if he would have been better off putting his inheritance in a savings account in the 70s.

I expect Trump to leave a 15% tip for Leticia James and the Democrats because they made his windfall possible by hunting him and censoring him for years. You can call it a bond, not a tip, if you prefer.

When the Supreme Court tosses out the unconstitutional fine, Trump gets most of his “tip” back.

The Democrats planned to cripple Trump financially so he couldn’t spend as much on the campaign. Trump turned Leticia James into his best fundraiser.

Lots of interesting developments lately on the topic of the 2020 election. The Simulation wants at least one of those fresh allegations to be a Kraken.

Trump’s legal maneuvering is likely to keep him eligible for the election.

You can fantasize about a heroic Democrat such as Newsom swooping in and replacing Biden, but it’s looking less likely every day. If it had always been the plan, it would have happened by now. Looks like Biden has to stay on the job to keep the Biden Crime Family out of jail.

The predictable Democrat Summer Hoax will add some excitement, but it will be forgotten and debunked by November.

Trump’s upcoming victory is looking like it will be, as Trump says, “too big to rig.” And by that I mean Democrats will try to rig it anyway and get caught. That will be fun.

The gears of the machine have become visible. We can all see the FBI is rotten and the DOJ is weaponized. We know the border is open intentionally. We know the cartels are working with our government. We know our elections are DESIGNED to not be auditable and there’s only one reason for it. We can see Biden is not in charge. We know the Ukraine war was always about its energy resources and who gets to own them. We know our rising debt is ruinous. We know our experts are liars. We know our pharma and food industries are poisoning us. We know our government is racist. We know the corporate media is essentially owned by Democrats who are controlled by intelligence entities and they are actively brainwashing the population. We know the 1st and 2nd amendments, and X, are under sustained government attack because they are the public’s last defense against the government.

But we are not quitters.

And the odds do not apply to us.

I’m not trying to be an alarmist, but I actually think most of you are good people and should know this. I fully believe that the country you know will not exist in the next decade. This next election is not going to fix anything, it’s simply going to decide what causes the collapse. I truly don’t believe we will have a 2028 election.

If Biden wins, the country is going to go the route of Venezuela and head straight towards financial collapse. That is unless we end up in another world war. If Biden wins in the middle of the night after counting stops, I believe the civil unrest will cause it to all break.

If Trump wins, he would have an opportunity to somewhat mend things, but it won’t happen. The civil unrest from the left will make 2020 look like a picnic. It won’t end.

I’m not saying this to scare you, but I think people should take measures to endure hardship in the future. Factoring in everything, I see absolutely no path to where the world we live in doesn’t forever change. I truly feel like with whoever wins, this will be the last time we vote in a presidential election.

I would take measures to safeguard my family anyway I could. If I end up being Henny Penny, then you’ve lost nothing preparing. Look into long term food storage, med kits, antibiotics, clean drinking water. I’ve never been a “the end is near” guy, but all signs point to national turmoil.

I definitely wouldn’t want to be living in a city during these times. Just stay safe and take precautions. Maybe I’m wrong.

I have no idea which path will be taken. I don’t even know which one is more likely.

Concern About the First Amendment Hamstringing the Government

The police and the CPS have agreed the following definition for identifying and flagging hate crimes:

There is no legal definition of hostility so we use the everyday understanding of the word which includes ill-will, spite, contempt, prejudice, unfriendliness, antagonism, resentment and dislike.

A Southern California man was arrested Monday on suspicion of smuggling refrigerants into the U.S. from Mexico and federal prosecutors said he’s the first person to be charged with violating regulations intended to curb the use of greenhouse gases that contribute to climate change.

The indictment alleges Michael Hart, of San Diego, smuggled the ozone-depleting chemicals across the border concealed under a tarp and tools in his vehicle. He posted them for sale on the internet, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

“This is the first time the Department of Justice is prosecuting someone for illegally importing greenhouse gases, and it will not be the last,” U.S. Attorney Tara McGrath said in a statement.

Refusing to Enforce California’s Extremist Agenda

It has become so pervasive that 17 states have banded together to sue the federal Environmental Protection Agency to cancel the special rules it has for allowing California to make its own environmental rules. That began in 1970 when the federal government added that carve out to the Clean Air Act.

But, what we see here is just another example of how far California is from every other state and even from the federal government on its commitment to the shrill environmentalist agenda. And it is long past time California’s absurd regulations are reigned in and to end its special powers to coerce the rest of the country to abide by its extremist agenda.

To advance the Committee’s oversight of ATF and to better understand ATF’s basis for
issuing the proposed rule, we request that you provide the following information:

  1. Please explain When ATF first began to conceive of the need to regulate the lawful private sale of firearms through an agency notice.
  2. Please identify the offices and individuals within ATF that conceived, drafted, reviewed, and approved the September S, 2023, notice in the Federal Register entitled, “Definition of “Engaged in the Business” as a Dealer in Firearms.”
  3. Please provide all communications between the Executive Office of the President and ATF regarding the September 8, 2023, notice.
  4. Please explain whether the Justice Department reviewed and approved ATF’s September 8, 2023, notice, including the entities involved in the review and the timing of the review.
  5. Please explain whether the Office of Management and Budget reviewed and approved ATF’s September 8, 2023, notice, including the entities involved in the review and the timing of the review;
  6. Please explain how ATF plans on enforcing the final rule that will come from the September 8, 2023, notice;
  7. Please produce all documents and communications in your possession between ATF and any organizations ATF consulted, collaborated, and discussed the September 8, 2023, notice with.

We ask that you provide this information as soon as possible but no later than 5 p.m.
on March 14, 2024.

When the ATF ignores them I hope they have the will to slap the ATF silly, then cut their budget by a third or half.

Prosecution would be preferred, but, at most, this will be the gathering of evidence for the trials.
