Constitutionally Protected Rights are Sins

Quote of the Day

This is not a general income tax. From my perspective, it’s more of a sin tax.

Newsom signs ‘sin tax’ on guns and ammo

Constitutionally protected rights are sins? Wow! That tells you all you need to know about him.

It would amuse me a great deal if this ends up being used as evidence at his trial.

  1. If he can “sin tax” ammunition, he can “sin tax” newspapers and magazines.

Why? Paper comes from trees. Inks are toxic and contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer. Save the environment, man.

  2. Taxing rights? Good thing he and all his fellow travelers don’t have to pay 11% on all the crap that runs out of their mouths.
Said tax being charged in gold or silver coin. (As no state shall allow anything but gold and silver as tender in payment of debt.)
But this is exactly what happens every time one gives communist/government an inch.
And why not a 10,000% tax? No one to tell them they can’t.
