So, I am waiting for the guy with the pistol and a felony conviction to be charged. Think it will be a very long wait!
Technically speaking, Lefty wasn’t a felon. He was arrested for burglary at the felony level but the charges were dropped. I suspect a corrupt deal in exchange for his testimony. So he wasn’t a prohibited person. He was carrying concealed without the permit required in WI. Per the video, he also committed aggravated assault/attempted murder with whatever enhancement WI has for using a gun. Not holding my breath waiting for him to be charged for that.
