This says more about Pelosi than it does about Biden or anyone else. People, including me, were saying Biden had dementia during his 2020 campaign. Either she is lying and/or she has her own mental health problems.

This was when he was campaigning in 2020. I don’t care if that was a “bad day” (evidence suggests it was common), a guy who can make these kinds of mistakes shouldn’t be President.

Everybody knew he was an empty figure head. Everyone who says otherwise is lying or incompetent.
I always viewed Biden as a classic machine politician, which requires:
1. The ability to obey orders from his bosses,
2. Just enough honesty to avoid scandals that can’t be covered up,
3. The ability to come across like a nice guy with the public.
A functioning brain, beyond what is needed to implement #1 and #2, is not a requirement for this.

Biden failed that one **BY A LOT**, and the media just bulled through it, lying to everyone’s faces.
So, largely, only 2 requirements.
Saw dementia up close in my mother. It was obvious to me that he had it. Dr. Jill and some advisors need to be convicted of elder abuse.
It was the same thing for me. My mother and it was obvious to me about Biden during his campaign.

Also, the media decision-makers and reporters who were complicit in the cover-up of his low and declining mental capacity should be stripped of any media credentials, and any company who employs them should be stripped of their broadcast license. The news media is supposed to inform the public, not simply be the Deep State propaganda arm. (I know, I know, “supposed to be” is a foolish term, but you know what I mean.) A republic cannot function w/o an informed population.
In her defense she did spend a LOT of time totally soused and thus could easily have overlooked Pedo Joe’s mental condition….

Classic, and one of the easier and simpler, exercises of Orwellian thought, if not quite Doublethink. Perhaps more of ignoring an inconvenient truth in favor of a beneficial lie.
She might have even thought she believed it at the time.
This goes back to something we discussed a few weeks ago around here: some people WANT to be fooled, for various reasons.
