The Court must provide more guidance on which weapons the Second Amendment covers and they should do so in this case. This immoral and abusive gun control regime must end here.

    One day soon we will be coming to the conclusion that we should have shut them down at “shall not be infringed.”

    By making this statement we are playing into the hands of the gun grabbers.
    We are openly admitting that SOME weapons are protected by the Second and
    some are not. That is WRONG. We need to be hammering away NONSTOP at ALL laws that affect any and all weapons. Period. Once you hand the gun grabbers ONE instance where you accept ANY infringement they will NEVER GIVE UP OR GO AWAY.

    • A case can probably be made that weapons of mass destruction, such as nukes, are not protected arms as the unregulated militia would not be expected to bring such weapons with them when being called to active duty.

      I’m okay with that.

  3. The nice thing about all this is that the communists are showing their hand.
    They got a nothing left. The weasel worded crap-think that made this decision is a non-starter in all sense of law or legal precedence.
    They know it, and now so does everyone else.
    It’s communism showing us it’s fake law/ fake logic. And clown-world desperation is the smell of it.
    We should always remember how weak communists are. Persistent, but weak. They don’t debate because they can’t. There is no defense of their positions.
    All in all, bad decision. But good for the world to see and hear.
