It is so nice to be on the attack after decades of being strictly on the defensive.
And notice that one of those is the U.S. DOJ fighting on our side. 30 years ago, we were fighting the DOJ and losing.
We are not winning all the battles, but we are doing well with the really important battles that SCOTUS accepts.

DOJ is also suing Denver for their assault weapon ban.
As a Michigander I’d like to the gun registration scam, masquerading as “ permission slip” abolished. Essentially all legally purchased guns are on a registry operated by the state police.
I was required to inform the city of Huntington Woods, MI when I bought my 1st handgun. As-if local law enforcement doesn’t already know if a citizen has a CPL just by running the plate, home address or nme?

While I would rather be where we are now than where we were 30 years ago, at some point we need to move on from “Whew, we defeated gun control” to actually using them against the Democrat tyrants.
Just became a SAF member, and received a letter dressed up to look like a court filling in a bright yellow envelope with the words (among many others) “Official Jury Ballot Enclosed”
Ummm…. No. It’s not official. It has noting to do with a jury. It’s not a ballot. Every time i get deceptive marketing from SAF, FPC will be getting the donation instead. That garbage is embarrassing.
