AAGHarmeetDhillon is the assistant attorney general in the civil rights division of the U.S. Department of Justice.

This is regarding the new Virginia governor signing an “assault weapons” ban into law.

While this is certainly a magnificent improvement over any previous administration, I would prefer it be a criminal court rather than a civil court. But I am not a lawyer so it may very well be that the current path is the best possible one for legal and/or practical reasons. Hence, I pronounce it a good start and will cheer them on.

Here is more on the lawsuit:

  1. How is it that the Governor of Virginia and cronies are not in rebellion against the Constitution?

    • OK then. Their violating both the state and federal constitutions.
How is that not a clear violation subject to penalties under 241 & 242?
      Unless “AAGHarmeetDhillon”,
      A) Doesn’t understand the constitution and the law.
      Or.
      B) Does understand but refuses to apply the law. Cause she’s just there to look like she’s doing something for our side. But truly isn’t.

Everyone in the Trump admin has watched as the communist have enforced totally unconstitutional acts with overwhelming deadly force.
Conspired and plotted same. Then carried out murder and repressive enforcement without a whisper of true law behind them.
And a civil suit is all our side can manage with black letter law to back them up?
Ya. Sorry, we don’t have a “side” in this fight. All we got are traitors.
