There are terrorist organization and terrorist organizations. One has structure, hierarchy, provides weapons and plans (9/11 Hijackers, Hamas) Occasionally, someone will act individually according to their principles but have no formal connection with them.
The other speaks and fervently prays to whatever depraved gods they serve that someone with no formal connection will take up arms and do the evil deed for they are too cowardly to do it themselves.
Democrats are the latter.

This view has some merit.
Prepare appropriately.
There is actually a third.
The group of elitists that run both types of lower caste terrorists for fun and profit.
They’re the worst. They almost never get caught or punished.
And they do it because it is much easier to lord over and commit crime upon warring factions. Than to be loved and honored by a homogenous and religious people that know their rights as humans. And stand ready and armed to defend them.
And until we recognize and prosecute that group of terrorists? Nothing will ever change.
And society will be constantly buffeted by the turmoil from which the real terrorists profit.
Have no doubt. Their profit is not only money, but human suffering.
There’s plenty of cross over between the two…
