I wish Free State Colorado luck with their efforts.

I hope the gun-banners get a chance to enjoy their trials.

  1. Since 241 & 242 are federal laws. That would be up to the Trump administration.
But it seems to me any group could sue as a class action to federal/supreme court under “Redress of Grievances”, spoke of in the 1A of the constitution.
As anyone having sworn an oath to the constitution has sworn not to violate the 2A. It also puts them outside constitutional protection under the “supremacy” clause. And puts them squarely in “Not with Standing”, territory. Setting them up for civil liabilities to anyone arrested or damaged by their ignorant laws.
Their pretense at law has no logic, legal standing, and to the contrary has, as mentioned already, cost many their lives and livelihood.
As a class action they cannot say we have no standing. For these tyrannies have cost us all, at one time or another, damage and irreparable harm.
This communist crap has gone on for far too long.
Examples need to be made for the treasons committed under color of law.
And if were going all Nuremberg.
Through in the vaccine mandates also. That was the absolute worst violation of that code of human rights I’ve ever witnessed.
The likes of which we hung people “Ex post facto” for violating back then. No excuses acceptable for violating now.

  2. In a perfect world there would be trial…AND PUNISHMENT…for the criminals imposing such laws. However the world we live in is far from perfect. Be happy if these laws are overturned for their blatant unconstitutionality. Do NOT expect any “trials” as there won’t be any. Evil politicians impose such laws because they KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt they will never be punished for doing so.
