This is so mind warping stupid I started wondering if he knew it was stupid but thought he would manage to sell it to the general population as something profound.
Looking further in the thread I found the answer 75 minutes later:
Plenty of people will think this is dumb- good for you. I’m not looking out for an election and I’m entitled to my own opinion no matter how much you disagree.

Yup. He is that stupid. He really thinks it is something profound.
It is people like this that we are up against. And yet, we came close to losing the war.
He’s wrong, there are several “licenses” with which you can kill innocent people with impunity.
They’re called “ATF” and “FBI” badges.
You could tell from day one he was just a ‘pretty face’ and found a cause he could align with, trying to make a lifestyle out of his 15-minutes of fame. It’s sad, really.

In what jurisdictions does Feral Hogg believe that humans can lawfully be hunted?
Only the feral ones, and only as you encounter them. Can’t go looking.
Falls under the “nuisance/pest” criteria that requires no license and has no season.

If you did get that license would it be restricted to a specific state or nation wide?
