Wokeism is an Exceedingly Difficult Drug to Kick

Quote of the Day

Anheuser-Busch seems to have learned nothing. It looks as if wokeism is an exceedingly difficult drug to kick. But Anheuser-Busch is also Exhibit A of why it’s so dangerous to get hooked.

  1. That’s what brainwashing does. How did Yuri put it? “I could show them the camps and gulag. And they still won’t believe it.”
They’re just not able to process information the same way normal people should.
It seems to be a short circuit in their OODA loop or something? Truth and logic no longer work for intellectual adjustment. It’s very insidious, and it seems to have been done to a large group of our population. On propose.
    It will not end well.
Kind of like Bud-light? Talk about a flash-crash.

  2. It’s going to be hard to talk someone out of their totalitarian woke-scold tendencies when their social position, moral superiority, ideological purity and paycheck all conspire to reward and reinforce their behavior.

  3. Hey, they gave Obama a Noble prize for showing up, right? Busch losing 4 billion in value should at least get a trophy out of the deal.
The real question is who had the short position when it all went down? One would have to be an inside trader to short Anheuser-Busch, would you not?

  4. Wokistas virtue signaling to each other is much more important than mere profits. The people at the top always land on their feet, golden parachutes fully deployed, new jobs guaranteed by their cabal of cronies.
