This could have been written by someone deemed to be a paranoid gun nut by the people on anti-gun side. This is now official federal policy in regards to gun law.
Love Judge Benitz, he is a terrorist to the communist mind. (What little they have left to them.)
And the communists only hope is to keep making laws and throwing out crap illogical/illegal decisions hoping to run out the clock on the supreme court. (Replace the ones that still have reading comprehension.) The 9th. had to go en bloc to save California and the west coast bans from judge Benitz’s righteousness.
And NY having its crap bans being upheld by Sotomayor, or maybe one of the other fat lesbians court activist, only proves the point.
The good part is that all this wrangling is bringing many people to the necessary conclusion that government cannot be trusted. As we have obeyed them for far to long.

I distinctly remember a mass shooting committed with 10-round magazines. The Colorado movie theater one? Not sure which one it was.
Florida. Parkland.
I think Virginia Tech as well.
But now we need to see this solid logic, and its defense, applied to us serfs in the Soviet of Washington and the rest of the 9th Circus.

The left intends to disarm us by any means necessary. And will not

Two things that are more dangerous than this.
1.Gun-free zones. This was a response of NY, CA, MD and others to Bruen. Your can have a CCW but it is essentially useless. Plus a number of states allow corporations to use the criminal law to ban guns. Looking at you, TX.
2. Repeal of state preemption. Create a crazy quilt of gun law to make it impossible to know what is legal. Of course, criminals don’t care so it will only affect the law abiding. CO did this.
