The FBI Cannot be Trusted

Quote of the Day

Whether deliberately through bias or just incompetence, the FBI database of active shooters cannot be trusted,

Gary Mauser
Emeritus professor at Simon Fraser University in Canada
August 2023
Massive errors in FBI’s Active Shooting Reports from 2014-2022 regarding cases where civilians stop attacks: Instead of 4.6%, the correct number is at least 35.7%. In 2022, it is at least 41.3%. Excluding gun-free zones, it averaged over 63.5%.

From reading the article it is abundantly clear the quote above it true. But it really does not go far enough. From Ruby Ridge, to Waco, to the Hillary emails, to the Russian collusion hoax, and almost for certain hundreds of other items of major significance the FBI has proven they cannot be trusted.

From just the evidence in the article, there are numerous people in the FBI that should be prosecuted for conspiring to infringe upon our specific enumerated right to keep and bear arms.

  1. The problem with the FBI is bigger than all of that: the whole agency is unconstitutional.
Given whose name is on their headquarters building, none of this should be any surprise.

  2. Someone once told me, Stay out of the headquarters!.

FBI, DOD or major corporation, stay out of the headquarters and avoid the people who work there.

Field people are mission focused, headquarters people are career focused. Career minded folks alway manage up and will justify their actions based on getting promotions. Boss tells you to cook the data, the data gets cooked.

There are always a few folks looking to go to headquarters to become staff or department heads. Probably just as many headquarters folks who can’t wait to leave.
I knew I would never last in a headquarters every time I went there.

    • It may be that the field people are more mission focused, but their work isn’t any less unconstitutional than that of the headquarters REMFs.

  3. What bothers me is the number of people who are only in the past ~6 years waking up to this. The FBI has been agency used to suppress and oppress people since the day it was founded. The movie Thunderheart had the perfect name for them, The Federal Bureau of Intimidation.
It needs to be completely disbanded and every employee banned from government employment in any capacity.

  4. The FBI is and has been completely corrupt since it’s founding by corrupt J. Edgar Hoover. It has devolved over the decades into an institution even more corrupt than Hitler’s Gestapo.

  5. If the FBI were a legitimate law enforcement agency, it would be legitimate to cooperate with them. But they are just the political police striking at regime opponents. Note that this was one aspect of the J6 witch hunt. Another aspect played out recently in OK with the ATF doing a raid on a local school teacher, pastor and gun dealer who might have had something do to with J6.

We should adopt total non-cooperation with Federal law enforcement. Jury nullification on any and all Federal criminal cases (we are going to have to let some legitimate bad guys loose), refusal to notify the Federales about anything, pressure on local law enforcement to not cooperate, shunning of agents and their families. It is going to take some people willing to go to jail instead of becoming a coerced informant.

  6. “Whether deliberately through bias or just incompetence,”
Both, with a super-sized side of criminal malice.
One cannot shoot people in the back (Randy Weaver, the one we know about), or burn down buildings full of woman and children without it. And that was in the 90’s. 30 years ago.
At this point the FBI could call the Ton-Ton Macoute, pikers.
