Waste of time and money. NO Federal Judge is going to allow a meaningful judgement against them to occur. Maybe something minor…that may require the payment of money to one of the victims of their abusive misconduct. But NOTHING of any consequence will happen that poses any meaningful threat to their existence or operation. And ANY settlement they are forced to pay will ACTUALLY come, once again, from the long-suffering taxpayers. Any actual justice that is meted out to a federal agency or any of its employees will of necessity be extra judicial.
