US ban on switchblades is unconstitutional, appeals court rules

It is way past time this stupid law was thrown out. It is perfectly legal to have tool which can propel 200 grains of copper jacketed lead at nearly 1,000 ft/second but owning a tool capable of rotating a similar weight of steel 180 degrees is a crime?

I have to wonder how other circuits will handle it. Will the “spirit of aloha” or some other hand waving prevail in the 9th circuit?
