Illiterate and semi literate tribal cultures have no business as immigrants to any first world country. They inevitably will be an unable to support themselves for at least several generations. Oh, also starting today, WA state charges sales tax on bullion purchases. It would be cheaper to drive from Seattle to Portland in a truck that gets 12 MPG, buy a single ounce of gold, get an oil change, and drive back, than to buy it locally with the tax applied. Obviously, the savings will only increase with larger purchases. It will nuke the local coin/bullion industry in the state, and generate very little tax for them. The economic destruction is deliberate.
