Quote of the Day

Disarming the slaves has always been the policy of the Democratic party — and continues to be.

  1. How much difference between an antebellum Cotten Picker and a contemporary , hardworking taxpayer?
    While the historical Racist Democrat policies are well documented, I don’t really trust the other side of the aisle when it comes to disarmament.

  2. Very good.
    And as William mentioned above. I wouldn’t trust the other side either.
    Everyone knows that power come from the barrel of a gun. That’s why they don’t want them pointed at them.
    I would posit as our forefathers did. That ownership and use of firearms are the true definition of a free-man.
    As no one can be free without them.
    From the great Thomas Sowell;
    “If you are not prepared to use force to defend civilization, then be prepared to accept barbarism.”

  3. Indeed the difference usually is more one of degree. My observation, though, is that the Republican party has a history of protecting the right to bear arms — consider that doing so was one of the explicitly stated reasons for the creation of the 14th Amendment. And while they are by no means consistent or all that principled in doing so, at least they do it some of the time rather than none of the time.

  4. Disarming the intended victims/slaves is the agenda of EVERYONE who seeks to be in power. NOT just the Demonrats.
