It is as if they are unaware of both the Washington State constitution and the Bill of Rights: Permit-to-purchase bill for gun buyers headed to Washington state governor’s desk. I really hope there will be trials for these evil SOBs.

The courts are completely corrupt so don’t expect convictions but done right the process is the punishment. Someone (SAF?) is petitioning Bondi to investigate the Dirty Dozen of state abusers of civil rights. May not lead to convictions but we might get some consent decrees out of it.
We have definitive protections in the Delaware Constitution.
Democrats here passed permit to purchase last year anyway. The Constitution is just an obstacle and if they think they can ignore it they will.*
And, when they get a supermajority here I suspect they’ll amend the state constitution to remove our 2A rights entirely

Odds are good this WILL pass. Odds are also good it will eventually
be overturned…after it’s used to deny rights for a few years. And that
about sums up what the most likely course of events regarding this will be.
And while we are waiting for these cases to be overturned as they should and will be, we continue to be taxed to pay for the miscreants to use our money against us. Somehow the obscenity of this needs to be made more visible. Perhaps when the dust settles around the use of USAID money to work against the rights of the people in this country, the very similar thing that is; being done in many states will be able to be seen and ended. (If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride)
