Any degradation of the second amendment, any weapon restriction, is a boost for criminals. That’s all it has ever been, which should tell you all you need to know about the people who lobby for “gun control”.
Machiavelli wrote pretty succinctly about this, some five hundred years ago, and yet we have people who expect us to take them seriously who pretend not to understand.
All that, and the fact that they’re communists. Which means it’s only about who gets to kill whom.
If it were just criminals killing conservatives. You would never hear a word out of them. Fight back and you’re an evil vigilante.
They only care about guns because WE still have them.
To me, the real problem is thinking there is a vast pool of the undecided to sway to the cause. There isn’t.
There’s a small, loud minority in power yelling in unison. And a large portion of gun owning people that just want to be left alone to live their life’s as best they can.
And everyone in between is going to go along, to get along. And will live in with whatever their given.
Sacrebleu makes sense. To us. God bless him for it.
But 85 year old woman getting stabbed isn’t a problem for them. It’s a feature, not a bug.
We just haven’t figured out that violence is the new normal. Sad day for them when we do.
P.S. At least she wasn’t driven around in the trunk of a car for 8 hours, an shown off to friends, before being murdered.
