Everyone that thought this was a good idea needs to be fired at least.
I am of the opinion it is time to disband the F portion of the ATF if not the whole agency. We don’t have a regulatory agency for speech or religion do we? If the individual states what to do some regulation then maybe they can find a constitional loophole.
Maybe we should start referring to the existence of the ATF as being due to a loophole in the Bill of Rights.
