They’re making perfect sense of course. And of course that doesn’t matter. This isn’t about making sense, it’s not about making cars, it’s not about helping the economy, it’s not about serving the will of the People, and it’s sure as hell not American.
It’s yet another power grab.
What makes “sense” to those behind this power grab, and to those cowards and fools who go along with it, is to seize upon this “opportunity”. All tragedies are seen as opportunities by the left.
The feds have been controlling the auto industry to some extent for decades of course, and this is just the latest step. We can look forward to more in the future.
At some stage, Americans will wake up one morning and think; “How in the hell did we get to this point?” and most of them won’t know the answer, even though it’s been staring us in the face for generations.
