How odd. The typical gun owner of my acquaintance talks about guns in the context of a hobby or sporting pursuit, no different than a motorcycle, football or skiing enthusiast. It’s only when left wing chuds like the author start talking about taking them away that the conversation shifts.
Maybe if THEY wouild stop whining about shit that laws won’t change, they won’t have to endure us talking back. But they really are that stupid – take state attorney Ferguson and his latest onslaught of retreaded gun legislation in Washington. Go ahead and pass your silly magazine capacity restriction – I’ll assure you that most everyone – including actual criminals – will ignore it, just as your other “violence prevention” laws are ignored.
That was quite a sewing circle Beth and friends have going. My favorite part was someone saying that having a jacked-up Dodge ram truck and guns was acting like your fourteen.

Every now and then I am reminded of why I don’t do Twitter. This was one of those times. I may go several months or a year or more without looking at it, but people often link to it. Eventually I follow a link, take a look, and, “Right. THAT’S why.”
The right has more children than those on the left….so their equipment must be just fine. So they got that going for them.
