Quote of the day—thewriterinblack

I’m not saying we should kill all the stupid people. I’m just saying we should remove all the warning labels and let things sort themselves out.

  1. I have this in the rotation of my wallpapers at work. It gets a chuckle and a few nods every time it comes up.

  2. I could live with warning labels for non-obvious or esoteric hazards. Things you wouldn’t expect. Also, prescription and OTC medication labels with full possible side effects and warnings are okay. You’re adding something unexpected to your body, it might be a good idea to know what it might do in the meantime.

But damn, I get tired of the ‘do not use toaster in shower’ warnings.

  3. All I know is that someone should put Drow in her place.

A friend of mine said “I think the reason why the phrase “I’m not like most girls” annoys me so much is because women have been conditioned to feel like they have to disassociate themselves from the female gender to be recognized as an interesting human being and if that isn’t fucked up then I don’t know what is.”
