With the addition of a laser/LIDAR/radar or other wind-measurement device that is gun-mounted (or at least tripod-mounted by the shooter/spotter), then it’s ready for the hunting trip. The comment on youtube about using a series of mini-drones rather than fixed wind-meters was interesting, but also poses challenges, I’d expect. IN any case, impressive.
And, in a more military context, volume of ammo carried will become less important that precision of the loading. (of course, drones and other technologies are already making battlefield changes, but you know what I mean)

That will eventually have pretty wide ranging effect and not only in the shooting arena; I can think of three non-shooting applications immediately and I’m sure there are more, especially if/when LIDAR gets incorporated.
