Why they Hate

They don’t think of it in these terms, but there is more than a little truth in this:

Even as they were murdering millions of people, the Nazis and the Soviet Communists believed they were the good guys. They just had a different frame of reference.

  1. Why they hate? To me it starts with feelz. Remember doing or saying some really stupid. And when it comes up in your memory you feel this almost physical pain?
Imagine if you could kind of reverse that, and build someone’s ego to the point that’s what happens to them when you disagree with them?
They get this jolt of mental electricity that hits them like a bug zapper. And the only thing they can point at as the cause of that pain is you.
All one has to do at that point is add a very minor suggestion of their sense of say, fairness, especially a faulty sense.
And you can have someone wanting you dead for nothing more than them living a normal life.
Cause nothing is worse than getting that jolt. Even though it’s not real.
At which point as Yuri said; “Logic and reason have no effect on them.”
Once their pod people, they’re pod people.
And the only thing that wakes them up is societal trauma. At which point real communist overlords just shoot them.

  2. I can think of two men who made a revolution (secession really) with no guns at all (Gandhi and Walesa) and two more who did it in the face of a severe shortage (Begin and Collins). The last two were decidedly not non-violent but were more explosive centric. A lot of the guns they did use were simple revolvers. Bloody Sunday in Dublin where Collins came close to wiping out the local branch of British Intelligence is a good example. Even the violent guys, heavily used non-violent techniques. Ostracizing the security forces and their families was very effective. Imagine doing this to the FBI. Lots of guns does little good without the organization to use them.
