To the authoritarian (criminal) mind, those are all features of gun control, not bugs, and not temporary unpleasant side effects. Those are not the few “broken eggs” required to make their socialist utopia omelette. They’ll see your poster and think, “Hell yeah; I want some of that!”.
That mindset currently rules the world, and it gets away with it, and will continue to get away with it, partly because the rest of us are unwilling to believe just how singularly, purposefully evil it is.
“Small lies require the utmost secrecy, while the biggest, most deadly lies are protected by our own incredulity.” I don’t remember who said that, but it was very insightful.
