  2. I saw something in i1639 about an ammunition seller’s license required, but I can’t find anything about how to get one of those licenses.

    Am I missing something or is this another attempt at a stealth ban?

    • It does appear that this is a new license requirement.

      I was reading the text of the initiative and it says:

      The duly constituted licensing authorities of any city, town, or political subdivision of this state shall grant licenses in forms prescribed by the director of licensing…

      So, it appears that it will be an essentially identical process to the current requirement to get a firearms sales license which must be renewed every year, complete with fingerprints, and $125 fee.
