Yup, it is. I'm just trying to figure out how to save for a good boomershoot rifle between now and then. Hmm, and I still need to send in my registration fee. I don't think the black rifle with red-dot will cut it, although I can hit 'stuff' at 200 yards with it (as long as the stuff is a 3 foot metal gong).
