It's interesting how many of the signing nations are themselves actually run by criminals, thugs, dictators, and/or drug traffickers.

It isn't at all surprising that opressive regimes would feel the need to disarm their victims. What surprises me is that we still give the Un the time of day -- the whole organization has been shown to be corrupt from top to bottom.
