When sending me a link to this story, a friend suggested it was time to go shopping for a BFG-9000. Or similar weapon that is effective on hell creatures from alternate dimensions.

I had hopes that the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider would churn out some strangelets that would end matter as we know it. So far I have been disappointed.
