I don't know: Given the wing area, the density of the atmosphere and assuming her body density to be anywhere near human average, I'd say her glide ratio would be unacceptable.

There's also the problem of the wings not being anywhere near the center of gravity. For the wings to be somewhat near to functional they should be mounted on the sides just above the hips.

But that wouldn't look nearly as cute.
