  2. Perhaps we’re making progress! @MsPinkBehavior just admitted that there are other reasons to own guns besides, “penis something or other”.

    And, Oh dear; I’d better destroy all my guns so the hypnotized leftists will stop making fools of themselves by using jr. high school level insults against me? What kind of a man would I be if I caved in and abandoned my principles in the face of such silly irrelevance? You know what happens in that case? They despise you all the more for your failing and becoming a pushover! Members of the Republican Party, and of the NRA, take note.

    What the rank and file leftists (catechumen) perennially fail to comprehend is that their kind of insult only works on people of their gutter mindset. Now the leftists-in-charge, which is to say, the perpetrators, on the other hand, are vastly more clever than that. And still, the childish insults may influence some of the younger and more impressionable people who are on the fence. Therefore, while they may be very nearly so, the childish insults are probably not 100% ineffective.

    • I suppose: for the same reason that racism and sexism are perfectly ok when committed by the left. (With rare exceptions: somehow former senator Al Franken got nailed for MeToo violations in spite of being a far left Democrat.)

      • He got caught in a proposed sex criminal swap. “We’ll give up a junior Senator from a state where he won’t be missed and will be easily replaced in exchange for the leader of the free world. There is a line from Dr. Zhivago; Rod Steiger’s character said that the only reason he was still around was that the party found him still useful. Franken became useful as a bargaining chip and not whatever he thought he was doing in the Senate that was valuable enough to keep him there.
