  1. I am pleasantly surprised. Kyle has many trials before him, but I hope this is the end of his legal jeopardy.

  2. As mentioned else where. He should have asked the judge for his gun back before leaving the courtroom.
    Could be he’ll need it1

    • Is he old enough now to have a pistol in his possession, custody or control? I remember something about adults having to be 21 before they can purchase or carry a firearm. That three-year period from 18 to 21 is of no concern to the anti-liberty and anti-human scum who think the Rittenhouse case was a miscarriage of justice.

      • I seem to remember that ATF themselves have said that, Federally, people 18 but not yet 21 years of age can own handguns.

They just can’t buy them from a Federally-licensed dealer. “Buy or transfer one from a family member, or inherit one, just fine. You have other ways to get a handgun, just not through an FFL.” It was in a court case.

Apologies in advance if I’m proved wrong, but apparently I’m not: https://www.atf.gov/questions-and-answers/qa/may-individual-between-ages-18-and-21-years-age-acquire-handgun-unlicensed

        State laws will vary.

        Oh and there’s this: https://www.firearmsnews.com/editorial/18-year-olds-can-buy-handguns/394408

which was mooted, iirc, because the plaintiffs reached the age of 21 before the case could be appealed.

      • Federally, he can own, he just can’t buy one from a licensed dealer until 21. ATF so argued in court, saying other means to buy or receive a handgun are available so the FFL prohibition is not an impairment of 2A rights of 18-to-20-year-olds.

Hirschfeld sued to get the right recognized to buy through an FFL before age 21, that case was mooted when Hirschfeld reached that age.

        State laws will vary.

  3. He’s truly lucky he missed the black, jump kick man. Twice. That would have given the commies what they really wanted.
    God bless him.
P.S. Joe, maybe Kyle will give you a ride on his new yacht for all your support? You sure deserve it!

  4. A defensive victory is a victory and celebration is in order. But defense doesn’t win wars and we need to strike back against anti self defense media and politicians. I was glad to see Nick Sandmann show up to support Kyle. But there is much more to be done.
