Let’s be real: they are not. Your small piss AR-15 doesn’t stack up against even an M249 mounted on a heel, let alone an actual fucking tank.

This isn’t about “government tyranny”. It’s about cis men who tragically suffer from erectile dysfunction. Sad.

  2. I think it’s interesting that the US is replacing the M249 with the M27. Apparently a (very) well-built AR is more than a match for an M249.

    • That’s just the Marines changing to the M27 from M249.
      It’s interesting that the Royal Army went the other way and changed from an automatic rifle (L86A2) to a variant of the FN MINIMI (L110A3) light machinegun similar to our M249.

      Small arms procurement is subject to the whims of fashion.

      • And IIRC, the Corps only changed out the M249s that are used at squad level. The ones in the weapons platoon stay.

        The Army is getting ready to field the ‘Next Generation Squad Weapon’, a new belt fed gun, as the life cycle replacement for the M249.

  3. Turns out AK-47s do just fine against M249s and tanks in Afghanistan and Iraq. Maybe there’s magic dirt there.

  4. It should be noted that Clymer has significant distaste for men in general, having been born one herself. So, her comment about “erectile dysfunction” seems to be projection.

  5. Tanks need fuel. Also if I remember correctly United States military only has enough ammunition stockpiled to last about three months without replenishment. You think those workers at federal would come in? Also there are 2 million active military members and the United States is 3,800,000 square miles. Also the Democrats using the United States military to kill United States citizens in large numbers would not go over with the population at large. Which is why the Democrats would not bother with the M249’s and just go straight to the nukes. They wouldn’t have to worry about the population because they would no longer be one. Which is the goal.
