  1. I agree, Joe. I don’t think it’s quite “Game Over”, however, I do think it’s the the beginning of the endgame, sadly.

  2. Who runs education, media, healthcare, transportation, etc., etc? You find the answer in all of that. Simple as that.

    No; the America of our youth had already turned the corner. It was already well on the way, far along the trajectory that brought us to this point. The trajectory we’re on still. It’s the trajectory that even the most staunch and seemingly principled “conservative” would fight tooth and nail to keep us on. And you’d support them, seeming them as the lesser of two evils. We’d all support them. We’re all pragmatists, and that’s what pragmatists do.

    Thus we are now, as a people, psychological incapable (not merely unwilling, but literally incapable) of getting off the trajectory we’re now on, which is toward ever-increasing authoritarianism, i.e. corruption. It will not happen because it cannot happen, in the same way that a rhubarb patch cannot produce apples.

    I said more than 20 years ago that if we went full-on Stalinist/Soviet at that point, it would have been a smaller step compared to the difference between the founding principles and the America at the time (of the 1990s). For example, an America capable of even considering a Marxist revolutionary like Woodrow Wilson for president in 1913, and then, after that experience, picking another one in the person of FDR, was a corrupted and compromised America, capable of any transgression.

    Now you could blame it on ignorance, but of course that’s always the explanation, after the fact. Every single time, time and time again, all throughout history it’s the same cry; “We had no idea…”

    Yes, lefties, descendants of Rome and Babylon; you “had no idea”, over and over and over and over and over again, and despite all warnings and evidence you’ll continue to “have no idea” because you want to “have no idea”. You’ll lash out against those trying to warn you, over and over again, portraying us as subhuman, eventually killing us, and then, when all the dust settles, and all the blood soaks into the ground, and you’re destitute, you’ll say those same words again. Those words will be echoing in your ears as they come down through all of human history, and you’ll say them yet one more time again, and with all conviction and sincerity even; “We simply had no idea it could ever come to this.”

    It’s written in your DNA. There’s nothing you can do about it.

    Now there is hope, of course. Some of us have a great deal of hope!, but you’ll reject it for the same reasons you reject the perfect law of liberty, the same reasons you reject all the warnings. So long as you see good as evil and evil as good, truth as lies and lies as truth, there’s nothing anyone on Earth can do to help you.

  3. I don’t think it’s ever, “game over”. Till your dead. It’s always the start of of a new way of thinking and acting.
    That being said, I believe Trump should have started arresting swamp creatures his first week in office. It’s not like there ain’t no evidence.
    Of a truth, Joe Biden is an impeached president before he takes office. Don’t we have his “Quad pro quo” on video? His son’s laptop? He’s the sacrifice.
    The real coup is when an un-elected communist whore that got less than 2% in her own primary steps into the oval office.
    At that point it won’t be game over, it will be game on.
    With voting under Rule308, unfortunately.

  4. Maybe not game over, but the fact that this election could be so blantly stolen shows we are deep into the 4th quarter.

  5. My country was stolen from me while I watched.

    It’s quite likely we will see if those half a billion firearms in civilian hands are worth the faith we put in them.

  6. Perhaps it’s not game over, but we now effectively live in a one party state. And I don’t see that changing given the demographics so we’re going to need new living arrangements.

    I can think of multiple examples where such arrangements were made – and not necessarily by choice. Israel, Ireland, Lebanon, Christians and Jews under Islamic rule, India in 1947, and Southerners after the civil war are some examples.

    It’s too early to see clearly what our new arrangements will look like, but it is not too soon for us to start laying out what we want along with our lines in the sand not as individuals but as a group. Then we need to start organizing.

    Any ideas?

  7. The game is already over. We lost because our enemies ignored the rules and we let them. It’s time to start a new game, with new rules, strictly (brutally) enforced.

    When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

    • The selection from the Declaration is the key. It is not one country any more than America was a part of England in 1776. The Founders started out simply wanting their traditional rights as Englishmen but the response of the British pretty much made that a dead letter. And here we are today.
