They are not ‘liberals’. They are Leftists. The same people who slaughtered over 100 million of their fellows citizens in the last century once the Leftists gained unchallenged power.
Of course, the reason the Left has been working for decades to disarm you is so they can send the leftist-controlled mob to kill you and loot what you worked so hard for. Which means this is all well premeditated.

Well, inner party versus outer party distinctions may apply. Everything Moa said absolutely applies to the Leftist inner party.
The outer Leftist party are the dupes, having bitten down hard on on the Seven Deadly Sins bait. “Oh course it’s OK if you’re Slothful, everyone is!” “Of course you’re pretty even though you’re spherical, beauty is just an abstract concept!” “Of course you’re justified in coveting thy neighbor’s good which you can’t afford because you’re a part time barrista and he’s a nuclear engineer, value and competence are oppression!” “Of course your PhD in $VARIABLE Studies means you’re smart and not stupidly vain!” They’re the meat for the grinder, and they don’t even know they’ve disappeared up to the mid calf in the mechanism yet.
Now, the right-side inner party wants to be playing the same game as the left-side inner party, but due to the binary-politics game they play, they got stuck with the heavily armed self sufficient herd of cats as their prospective outer party candidates, and I’m thinking they’re better than dogshit, but I’m not eating that sandwich they’re offering.
I like those terms “inner and outer party”. I’ll have to use them moving forward. Most of the other terms I’ve used to describe the same things get hammered with “but they aren’t REALLY X”.
And the idea that the light switch still applies is also in action. I’m sure there are a number of folks that want to fight back against the left’s constant attack and actions. But the fact that the media will destroy anybody that fights back keeps many from even voicing support.
Somebody keeps saying we are only one mag dump away from lighting up this country.
I too like those terms. And yes all it will take is an ‘accident’ involving the wrong (right) people. Of course, it’s also possible that this period will just blow over and we’ll continue down our slippery slope.
My wife keeps saying ‘I thought you were finding extreme examples’ when I first mentioned Google’s American Inventors list, SJWs, and ‘outrageous’ narratives such as 1619. Now, we’re witnessing the transformation of our society to match the new narrative.
It’s almost like we’ve had our civil war and they won without firing a shot. Ahh.. surely not!
If you do a search for “United States inventors” in Google you get a much different set. It appears the “American inventors” query keys on the “American” and ends up with “African-American” inventors. Hence, in this case, I claim Google has plausible deniability.

Hmm. Nevertheless, it sure looks like a custom search page since most searches are just a list of hits. And it is curious that the list includes just enough famous inventors to give it casual validity which makes me think that this result is carefully crafted to convey a message and is not just an impartial (if there is even such a thing) search algorithm.
you see it in posts online, you see them yell and scream at people on the street when they protest…you can see the hate in their face, their body language, the words they say…they hate us so much it’s all that drives them…ammo up buddies…
Leftist, Liberal, Progressive, Socialist……..the names they use change but fundamentally it’s always the same. They are COMMUNISTS……which is synonymous with evil. You never listen to what they promise. You watch what they DO. The admonition from the Good Book that says “ye shall know them by their fruits”…..meaning what they DO is what matters is most apropos.
It is amazing how often I have to remind conservatives that our enemies are evil, not stupid. Twice just this morning. If we keep thinking they are stupid, we will lose.
