CNN: Trump Is Leader Of “Destructive Cult”; Using “Mind Control” On Americans

Stelter and guest say Trump supporters need ‘deprogramming’

The pair then remarkably suggested that Trump supporters need to be ‘deprogrammed’ by breaking them out of their ‘bubbles’.

Could there be a better example of the pot calling the kettle black?

The real cult is happening at CNN, where for four years talking heads and presenters have completely obsessed themselves with opposing anything Trump says or does, as well as a plethora of things he doesn’t say or do.

63 million Americans are definitely not part of a mind controlled cult. However, a few thousand CNN viewers certainly seem to be.

You knew there had to a reason why they don’t want you to have firearms. It makes it more difficult to herd you into the reeducation camps.

  1. “The real cult is happening at Fox, where for four years talking heads and presenters have completely obsessed themselves with opposing anything Obama says or does, as well as a plethora of things he doesn’t say or do.”

    Cuts both ways.

    • I don’t think anyone at Fox has accused Democrats of being brainwashed cult members, or suggested they need to have their brains repaired.

      • “I don’t think anyone at Fox has accused Democrats of being brainwashed cult members, or suggested they need to have their brains repaired.”

Fox commentators describe liberalism as a mental disease on almost a daily basis. Folks have written entire books with that as the thesis. Ann Coulter seems to have a steady stream of them coming out with different variants of the assertion that liberalism is either insanity, or demonic, or infantile, or…take your pick (they’re all on Amazon). Michael Savage has one where that’s actually the title:

        https://www.amazon.com/Liberalism-Mental-Disorder-Savage-Solutions/dp/1595550062/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=michael+savage+liberalism&qid=1574800197&sr=8-1

I could maybe try and find transcripts of Fox commentator segments, but really…just watch for a couple hours and it’ll come up.

For that matter, I’m pretty sure the idea that liberalism is a mental disorder and that liberals’ brains are broken is a steady theme on this blog, no?

        • We’re generally disapproving of persons with such defective mental processes that they have crap for brains, or they claim “no body is coming for your guns” (frequently followed with an assertion that they need to take your gun, a kind of gun, all the guns…), or they want to kill/imprison people for their political positions, or other such explicit statements.

I’ll readily admit that all the ideologies downstream of Marx have pretty much baked into the cake that individuals like us can’t exist in their utopia. It is in the formula: first they disarm us (and kill those that resist), and then they do whatever they want with whoever is left because Mao was absolutely right. So Marxist-derived ideologies are basically slow rolling death threats to us, right up until they become fast moving industrial pogroms.

The fact that the rest of our exemplars of idiocy you identify as “liberal”, and as a self-avowed “liberal” you have some objection to that, I’d have to say that’s all on you.

          • All that, and that fact he tries to apply a Sal Alinsky dictum. Try “Commie’s anonymous”, John. It’s showing.

          • “a self-avowed “liberal”

When did I do that? Comes as a surprise to me, since I identify much more as libertarian.

        • John, you should learn to read. On this blog there is a frequent mention of mental disorders — and those references are to people claiming that gun ownership correlates to penis size, or similar absurdities.
You will not find on this blog anything remotely resembling a general claim that liberals have broken brains, and for you to assert such a thing is both dishonest and offensive.

          • “You will not find on this blog anything remotely resembling a general claim that liberals have broken brains”

I’ll take that bet. I don’t know if the search function here will do the job covering comments to posts, but I’ve seen enough comments on Joe’s posts over the past couple years talking about how liberals are broken or diseased or just mentally stunted that I imagine it won’t be hard to find.

          • It does not. And I wasn’t able to get Google to search the comments either. But if you will use your powers for good and don’t make any blog posts without my permission I will give you a temporary account on the blog. This will allow you to search the comments.

          • Google will deliver search results for this blog’s comments just fine. A handy notation is the “site:” prefix, which you can use to tell it to deliver only matches from a particular site, or particular domain name. So searches for “site:blog.joehuffman.org” plus additional keywords of your chosing will do the job.
It’s definitely possible to tell Google and other search engines not to index a site (or a portion of the site), but this blog is not set up to do so except for one directory that appears to be for admin scripts which is marked as “don’t go here”.

          • It appears that it depends…

I had used the “site:” prefix and comment fragments from posts in 2004. These failed. I just now tried the same thing from a post a couple weeks ago and it worked. I wonder if Google doesn’t index the really old posts or didn’t send their bot deep enough find posts which don’t have external links to them.

    • Another sign of cult membership is the process of isolating the cult members from contact with people outside the cult, including family members. Anyone with a sufficiently mature memory can recall how this was done with various cults in the sixties, seventies, and eighties, as can some people who consider an ever-increasing, ever-dominating government whose family members have decided they are persona non grata at Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, or even Festivus and Quanzaa.

  2. Well, these people do adore the Chineese. Yes, they will take a page out of their playbook.

  3. John, your sure your not conflating, defective, for brainwashed? Which is what most people blog posting here seem to think of people who make comments such as yours above. A pole taken here would show most commenters feel pretty much the same about Fox, as they do CNN.
Your hard pressed to prove CNN is better than the other.
Also, There is no one that opposed everything Obama did. I mean. He left the white house didn’t he? Fox wasn’t opposed were they? I wasn’t. Anyone other than the brainwashed liberal/tarians and CNN?
