Quote of the day—Larry Correia

I am strangely okay with the city of San Francisco designating me a terrorist. If San Francisco liked me I would be wondering where I had gone wrong in life.

  1. This blog has often suggested this or that anti-gun activists’ behavior would be used as evidence at their trials for Suppression of Rights Under Color of Law, TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242. If this action isn’t a case for that law to be applied, I don’t know what is.

    • Yes. But does anyone know a Federal D.A. who would bring that charge? That’s the problem with criminal law such as this.

      • Isn’t there some federal statute allowing private citizens to initiate civil lawsuits due to some breaches of federal law, and splitting the take with FedGov?

If so, could this be one of those causes of action?
