That’s very clever! I might try that sometime. However, I’d leave a round in the chamber and have a spare magazine on my belt for a quick conversion to full functionality.
What I would do is use a dual mag pouch that have covers on them that cover the ends of the mags sticking out and that snap in place and smuggle in TWO chocolate bars at a time! 🙂
