  1. It would violate a LOT of things.

    But the suggesting it to your local SJW part is still legal.

    Bring popcorn…

  2. It makes a lot more sense than anything any Democrat ever says.

    In fact, socialism is already banned in the United States, but to realize that fact we’d have to revisit the constitution, what it originally meant, what principles it was originally based upon, and whether its drafters were entirely genuine or were purposely leaving holes in it. Our problem as a nation is that we fail to enforce the constitution at times when it’s needed most.

    Many current and past socialists would be simply arrested were that the case. There’s certainly no reason to argue with any of them over doctrine, anymore than one argues with a bank robber or a rapist over the legality of what he’s in the process of doing.

    Since we’ve allowed the formation and the continued existence of whole political parties dedicated to financial and political rape, robbery, and other wholesale crime, and we’ve given them control over our education and media, we are probably the most culpable in the long run.

    Who after all is the more responsible party; the predictable criminals, or those who should have known better than to let them into the club? The teacher or the classroom full of unruly elementary school students? It’s not always an easy question, but there’s a pretty compelling case to made that the person in the know is the responsible party. Whatever the answer, we have a lot of self examination to do.

    Ellen G. white, a woman having a total of three years of education, and who some call a prophet, has this to say on the matter. It’s presented in spiritual language but applies to the secular every bit as well;
    “Satan can present a counterfeit so closely resembling the truth that it deceives those who are willing to be deceived, who desire to shun the self-denial and sacrifice demanded by the truth; but it is impossible for him to hold under his power one soul who honestly desires, at whatever cost, to know the truth.

    “…The followers of Christ know little of the plots which Satan and his hosts are forming against them. But He who sitteth in the heavens will overrule all these devices for the accomplishment of His deep designs. The Lord permits His people to be subjected to the fiery ordeal of temptation, not because he takes pleasure in their distress and affliction, but because this process is essential to their final victory. He could not, consistently with His own glory, shield them from temptation; for the very object of the trial is to prepare them to resist all the allurements of evil.”

    The point here of course is that the alliance of the good cannot be overthrown without their own participation in the process, without falling to the temptations set out as traps for us, and that therefore adherence to truth requires focus, dedication and a lot of sacrifice. This is repeated over and over and over again throughout the Bible.

    Likewise the knowing-of-good, but weak, elementary school classroom teacher can be overcome, and brought to tears, by a group of four-year-olds. Most of us near the education establishment have see it happen many times. The most interesting thing about that is; those unruly four-year-olds would love and respect that teacher if she hadn’t succumbed to their stupid tricks but instead showed them the meaning of real love, which is brave, selfless, unwavering, and when required; reproachful. But she succumbs to unruly children out of her desire for love and respect!

    It’s her selfishness you see, which is contemptible; her need to avoid conflict, which inspires and grows conflict! This could serve as the very definition of the Republican Party, for another example, assuming they aren’t knowingly and willingly working for the other side (but the results are the same either way).

  3. Trump is turning out to be a real master of the Twitter age that as April Ryan of CNN pointed out has no match by the Democrats. Todays CNN editorial goes further and says the squad is a gift to the GOP every time they open their mouths.

    Of course, it is still over a year before the next election and a lot can change between now and then.

  4. On ‘Reparations’: Ummm… Hey Guys, my ancestors fought for the North. By ‘reparations’ logic, it seems like maybe a lot of free people owe me. Maybe not 40 acres and mule… but how about 25 acres and a really cute donkey? You know, like the one in ‘Shrek.’
