Quote of the day—Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership

You can’t arm slaves and expect them to remain slaves, and similarly, you can’t disarm free citizens and expect them to remain free.

Misguided effort to disarm Jews and the public is wrong

  1. Stephen Halbrooks describes a medieval manumission procedure (in Frisia?). Among other things, it includes the former slave being presented with a shield and spear by his former master.
And of course, the Dred Scott decision makes the same point.

  2. The issue today is that so many have no idea they are ‘slaves’. They suckle at the chapped teat of the taxpayer, grovel before anyone in political power and BEG for Big Government to DO MORE to make them feel safe….to stupid of course to realize that feeling safe does not make one safe. You could give MILLONS of these marching morons the latest greatest military weapons and they would STILL BE SLAVES….because that is what they choose to be. The
TRULY terrible part of this problem is they want ALL THE REST OF US to be slaves alongside them as our freedom makes them uncomfortable. It reminds them they are less than fully human. And their ‘feels’ are more important than OUR FREEDOM.
