So, it appears that it will be an essentially identical process to the current requirement to get a firearms sales license which must be renewed every year, complete with fingerprints, and $125 fee.

I saw something in i1639 about an ammunition seller’s license required, but I can’t find anything about how to get one of those licenses.
Am I missing something or is this another attempt at a stealth ban?
