Quote of the day—Sean D Sorrentino

Anti-gunners don’t like you. They don’t just want to take away your guns. They want to take away your rights. They want to humiliate you. They want to force you to obey. They want to bring you to heel. Why do you think they care that so-called “Red Flag Orders” or “Extreme Risk Protection Orders” or “Gun Violence Restraining Orders” violate more than your Second Amendment rights?

But anti-gunners don’t want to prevent violence by unstable, dangerous people. They just want to take guns.

The only thing I would add is that they want to ruin your life. If you happen to die in the process, thats OK as well.

    • I think you have the collectivists’ desires reversed. They want us to die, but they’ll settle for ruining our lives.

  2. r/K selection.
The rabbits don’t want armed people around, because that makes them (the rabbits) the relatively easier targets. They want you helpless and afraid, so that they only have to outrun the slowest one around, and they hope it’s you. Like a school of herring in a bait ball, they want a huge number of easy targets because that makes the chance they get nailed on a random-number selection that much lower. In their eyes, the fact that you could defend yourself makes them more vulnerable.
Twisted from us, but it makes perfect sense from a rabbit-strategy perspective.

    • For some reason, this line from an old Diana Ross song came to mind: “Reach out, reach out and touch someone”.

That, and something abut Clinton Rules of Engagement?
