Idiot/moron/Illiterate “Judge” King claims that the 2A does not protect “weapons of war” (which we do not have in an AR-15).
Wrong! The 2A is there expressly so the citizens can have all the firepower we need to replace the government and remove traitors like Judge King.
I cannot wait for a renewed SCOTUS to bitch slap him personally.
Whenever someone claims weapons of war are not covered, ask them why Article I, Section 8 includes a provision to ” grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal”? The founders explicitly recognized the private ownership of WARSHIPS and privateers. Broadsides and cannon, and “Their swords and every terrible implement of the soldier are the birthright of Americans” (Tench Coxe, 1788).

What exactly is the proper method of removing anti-constitutional judges? How hard can that be? They took the Oath, they set out purposefully and directly to violate that oath, why should be be there another day? Another hour?
Isn’t it time we had that conversation? We’ve talked and talked for decades now, about crime stats, gun ownership stats, technical/mechanical features of this gun verses that gun, about various types of bullets, about gun free zones and all other peripheral and side issues, but the proverbial elephant is still in the middle of the room, eating us out of house and home, pissing and shitting in our living space. Isn’t it time we talk about real enforcement of the constitution, at which point none of that other stuff counts in a political discussion.
Enforcement; the how, the when, the where, and against which perpetrators first? Is there really anything else to discuss? Should we for example be going after the legislators first, the governors, the states’ justice departments, the unelected federal departments and bureaus, the courts, the anti-constitutional lobbying groups, or the cops who choose to enforce unconstitutional rules and laws? Where’s the plan? Does anybody on the face of this earth even have a plan, or has anyone even considered formulating a plan?
It looks to me like you have an opportunity here. Why don’t you make the first draft?
