Quote of the day—Christiana Figueres

This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution.

They always have to use force don’t they? It’s always about control by whatever ruse they think might work.

  1. “what we are going to have to do all of the time is to close the gap between what science tells us where we have to be and where we actually are….”

Re: INDC’s or payments for this scam.

Thankfully Trump is here to take a wrecking ball to this Progressive master plan. It’d be very nice if Trump could recover some of the 9.2 B dollars that Soetero gave to the Climista’s before he was deposed.

I guess it’s really too much to expect Congress to actually control the purse strings as legend has it that they should do.

  2. Unfortunately, it appears the USA will continue to send money and other support to the UN.

Is this the notorious “Agenda 21” thing?

  3. “first time in the history of mankind” does not comport with “since the industrial revolution”.

Someone needs to pay attention to the meanings of words. I’ll dismiss the entire quote as gibberish then. Being that the author doesn’t understand it, how can I presume to know what’s being said?

In case we’re talking about the global warming hoax being used as an excuse to fall back to authoritarian or totalitarian collectivism; this is certainly not the first time collectivism has been attempted, and promoted with lies. So if we look past the fact that the statement is gibberish, and try to assign meaning to it based on surmise, then it’s simply wrong.

Lies and threats are all that any authoritarian system has even had, to promote and maintain itself. In that sense there’s nothing new here whatsoever, and so why talk of “first time in the history of Mankind”?

Conceptually at least, there’s nothing new under the sun.

Meanwhile, who’s talking about liberty and the equality of rights as endowed by the Creator? That concept was far more revolutionary than wannabe dictators lying about the weather to scare the peasants into submission.
