[Even after ignoring the puns pogi has something worth pondering. We are getting close to the point where we can just dismiss, ridicule them, and “let them expose themselves for what they are: irrational, angry, insulting, unattractive people”. Just keep bringing new shooters to the range and the problems we have with these authoritarians will start fading away.—Joe]

Have you ever taken a new shooter to the range for the first time and NOT had them leave with a smile after it was all done?
One guy from England came away in sort of a daze. He was deep in thought and finally shared his conclusion with me as we were driving away, It’s just a piece of metal! I thought I would be nearly overcome by a sense of power. But it’s just a piece of metal.”
He said he enjoyed it and I’m pretty sure he went back on his own and shot some more. But I’m not sure he really had a smile on his face.
