Not hard at all. Abiding by the Constitution and SCOTUS rulings is what seems difficult for some.
Including for SCOTUS.
Nah, has nothing to do with difficulty. All of us gunnies are just too preoccupied with our penis sizes to be able to spare much thought to saving the world.
It’s fascinating to see the blame Republicans meme, even when talking about a New York gun control laws that many NY state Republicans voted for.
But hey, intentions count for everything. Sure the SAFE act was a bloated corrupt pile of nonsense that no one actually read before voting literally in the midle of the night.
And it’s already been doctored around because of it’s stupidity (There was originally no exempting police from its restictions, and there’s the whole 7 round magazine mess).
Do you believe that the 7 round limit was a mistake? I don’t.
Of course I don’t think it was a mistake.
They put in as low of a mag as they thought they could get away with, knowing that they’d pay no price for it.
