Missouri Democrats Introduce Legislation to Confiscate Firearms – Gives Gun Owners 90 Days to Turn in Weapons:

Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.

Dana Loesch Radio reported on the new legislation being pushed by Missouri Democrats:

Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution.

Here’s part of the Democratic proposal in Missouri:

4. Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution:

  2. Been seeing a lot of GunFeed pingbacks. Anyone else ever heard of them other than links here? Sort of a DrudgeReport style gun news page.

  3. Yes – you nailed it – it’s like the drudge report for guns. I read it every day. Nice compilation of articles with industry news, reviews, etc.

  4. Criminals prefer unarmed victims. It is an inescapable conclusion then, that Democrats, and many Republicans, have given their allegiance to criminals. In repeatedly and persistently violating both the letter and spirit of the second amendment, they ARE criminals.

All that is certain. The only question left is; what are we going to do about it?

  5. If I were given such an ultimatum, as a firm believer in freedom and liberty, I would be inclined to send in my ammunition first. The bullets anyway they can pick up the spent brass themselves.
