The NRA is primarily in it for money and profit, and have demonstrated that they don’t give a SH about you and your family. They are not protecting your gun rights to have a gun (because no one is trying to ban all guns) – they are protecting THEIR PROFITS. Keep being ignorant and voting with them, and see how far it gets you . . .

[“reality” appears to be living in an alternate reality because in my universe the NRA is a nonprofit organization, does a lot to protect our right to keep and bear arms, and there are a lot of people who want to ban all guns.

  3. So when the NRA of Great Britain was formed in the late 1850s, and the NRA in the U.S. was formed in 1871 for almost exactly the same stated reasons, it was all about profit, huh?

    So the only possible reason for anyone to want the ability to protect themselves and their country is the profit motive. OK, if by “profit” we mean “life” then I agree completely.

    Also; anyone who uses the word “profit” as a dirty word should be watched very, very carefully. If they hate the idea of gain through free trade it can only mean that they’re looking to get it through robbery.

  6. Funny thing. Back in the ’60s, the State of Ohio did a Promo Film starring the comedian Wally Cox. It was designed to draw Business to the State. It was titled, no joke, “Profit is NOT a Dirty Word in Ohio.” Which just shows how far back the Commies have been using the 1st. Amendment to try and destroy the Republic.

    Sounds like it’s OUR Turn to take on THIS Generation of Commies, don’t you think?
