Quote of the day—Amy Butcher

My only concept of guns or gun control was of overweight, balding white men with tiny dicks and smaller brains.

H/T Jeff.

It is a little hard to tell but I think she may have revised her opinion of gun owners. This was without doing counting hairs, measuring skin tone, or any length or mass measurement.—Joe]

  1. After reading it….I think she did revise her opinion. She was obviously completely ignorant of firearms.

Maybe we have a new shooter.

  2. It also depends on who she meets that she knows are shooters. This couple who took her shooting and gave her instruction were people she liked and respected.
“and a raccoon that always stole his lunch.”

  3. Strength must be mocked, impugned and ridiculed, and weakness, victimhood and insanity upheld as virtues.

    • I read the thumbnail sketch of her friends as an almost Disney-esque scene, a sort of “Sammy the Way-Out Seal” existence, that fits with her description of her idea of an ideal husband.

  4. Okay. I get it. I’m overweight, balding, and have a tiny dick.

Can we have a conversation about the actual issues now, or do you anti-gun folks have a few more insults that you’d like to throw my way first?

    (I’m not balding, by the way… )

    LOL…

    • Anything to avoid a straight-up honest discussion of basic principles. “Ignore and re-direct” is the order of the day, and if you refuse to be dragged down into a discussion of distracting minutiae you are a, well, a simple-minded, old, balding, racist white guy tea-bagger with a tiny dick of course. (Interesting; I now see that “tea-bagger” is in fact in my iPad’s dictionary)

  5. But in her defense, she did step outside her bubble and into the scary world of firearms. I’m inclined to give her the benefit of the doubt, for now.

  6. Not wanting to sound too critical.. but… this is the kind of person who loves, nay actually idealizes camping, yet thinks tents have vinyl sides?

Something wrings so very false here, and it’s often those little details that give it away…

  7. These “thoughts” are being expressed by a person that believes that mammaries and a vagina make her significant. What makes her stand out is her lack of intellect and despotic hating soul. The inability to recognize others inherent right to their beliefs precludes her getting any decent considerations. Haters it seems just need to hate.
